How do I place an order?
Ordering couldn’t be easier. Once you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, follow the steps below:
* Click “add to basket” to put the item straight into your shopping basket or click through to the item page where you can choose to “add to basket” or “go to checkout”.
* Then you can decide to view your shopping basket, go to the checkout or continue shopping.
* If this is the first time you have used our services, you will need to register and complete the required fields. You can select which delivery address you wish to use and store payment details for future use.
* Select payment method. Again if this is your first order you will need to enter these details, if not, simply select from your stored payment options how you would like to pay.
Please remember to check your order details before submitting your payment for processing.
How do I add to my basket?
It is easy to add items to your basket:
* Check for your item using the search button or the menus on the page.
* Upon finding the item, click on 'Add to basket' to add the item to your basket.
* You can now continue to add items to your basket in the same manner or proceed to 'Checkout' to complete your order.
How do I amend my basket?
* Click on 'Basket' on the top right hand of the page.
* Each item currently held in your basket is listed with the description, price and quantity.
* You can change the quantity by entering the amount you would like to purchase or by changing the quantity, or delete the item by clicking the dustbin icon next to your item.
Can I send Items to an address other than my own?
Once you have chosen your products and added them to your basket, click the “Go to Checkout” button and you will be given the option to “Choose delivery address”. You will need to click “Deliver to following address” and fill in the address details. Click “Continue and this takes you through to the checkout screen.
How can I pay for my order?
We use PayPal Pro to process all card payments and accept Visa Credit/Debit, MasterCard Credit/Debit, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Cheques or Bank Transfers.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up until the point of dispatch by our warehouse.
To cancel your order you can:
* Access my account and " Click" on the icon next to your order.
* Fill in the relavant fields and as soon as our customer services department recives the request we will process the cancelation.
* You will then be asked to select a cancellation reason. This helps us to improve our services by understanding why your order is no longer required.
Please note, if any of the items on your order are in stock are dispatched prior to your cancellation request you will need to contact us via your account when the item arrives.
